July 15, 2005 [pdf]
Group Letter to MTA Chairman Peter Kalikow to release the Extell and Forest City Ratner bids/proposals to the MTA for the rail yards, and to do so in a timely and transparent fashion.

August 2, 2004 [pdf]
Group Letter to the state assembly and senate asking for Forest City Ratner's proposal to go through the City's democratic development review process known as the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP). ULURP is meant to provide community input and a democratic process for land use review in New York City and it is mandated by the City Charter. For the FCR proposal the state and the developer are overriding the City Charter and ULURP.
